ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF TRAINING TEACHERS TO TEACH THE COURSE “FUNDAMENTALS OF RELIGIOUS CULTURES AND SECULAR ETHICS”
Abstracts

Introduction. The article reveals the problems of professional development of teachers teaching the course “Fundamentals of religious cultures and secular ethics” (in abbreviation — FRCSE) in secondary school [1].

The purpose of the article is to clarify the structure of the program of professional training of teachers for teaching this course and to formulate the main provisions that should be taken into account when developing IT.

Materials and methods. To achieve the goal, such methods as analysis of scientific literature, survey of research participants, the method of content analysis were used.

Results. Based on the analysis of scientific-methodical literature; views and suggestions of teachers who have passed courses of improvement of qualification of teachers on teaching FRCSE; content analysis of materials and routings lessons specified deliverables to implement an appropriate educational program, a description of its modules and formulated the basic provisions that must be considered in their design.

Discussion. The experience of joint work of the South Ural state humanitarian and pedagogical University and the Chelyabinsk diocese on the improvement of teachers ' qualification and the conducted research allowed to systematically improve the relevant program. Currently, it is a set of three modules: cultural, axiological and methodological, a distinctive feature of which is the differentiation of both the content and methods of training, depending on the degree of readiness of teachers to teach a modular course FRCSE.

Conclusion. Thus, the training and professional development of teachers in teaching the discipline “Fundamentals of Religious Cultures and Secular Ethics” (FRCSE) remains relevant. Constant adjustment of the content of the program and methodological equipment of continuing education courses is needed. The structure of the course program should include three modules: axiological, cultural and methodological, the content of which should reveal the multicultural essence of the FRCSE.


The content of the modules should be built taking into account the different experiences of the course participants, which can be reflected in differentiated tasks for independent work. Important is the cooperation of all religious associations in achieving the goals of teacher training.

The teacher training program for the discipline "Fundamentals of Religious Cultures and Secular Ethics" is a combination of three modules: cultural, axiological and methodological. Their distinguishing feature is the differentiation of both the content and methods of advanced training, depending on the degree of readiness of teachers to teach a modular course.
